In my Banking Intern role at QNB, I processed and organized client account data, maintained customer records across digital banking platforms, and supported customer service through scheduling and administrative documentation. I also volunteered with AIESEC, managing applicant data on digital platforms and maintaining organized databases for 50+ applicants while coordinating outreach and follow-ups.
