What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to make a meaningful impact on families, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration in a supportive environment.

I am a passionate case manager with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of South Carolina Upstate. My journey began as an Early Intervention Case Manager at About Play, where I made initial contact with families and coordinated the eligibility determination process. This role allowed me to serve as a vital point of contact for families, providing essential case management services to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

Following my time at About Play, I transitioned to Greenville County as an Emergency Services Dispatcher, where I honed my ability to handle critical situations and communicate effectively under pressure. Currently, I am working with the Department of Social Services as a Case Manager (Investigator), where I conduct thorough investigations into allegations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. My experience has equipped me with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, which I leverage to develop appropriate safety plans and intervention strategies for vulnerable families.
