I work as an AML / Risk & Fraud Analyst, investigating account takeover (ATO) and unauthorized access cases using behavioral analysis. I conduct detailed risk assessments on compromised accounts, identify suspicious patterns and potential fraud networks, and enforce account sanitization and security controls. I make risk-based decisions to restore or restrict accounts and perform identity verification and KYC checks before account restoration.

Before this, I supported high-volume operations at Zomato as an Operations Associate (Assistant Team Lead), handling escalations within SLA, monitoring KPIs, and improving workflow efficiency. I bring a strong compliance mindset and customer due diligence focus (CDD and basic EDD), and I pair it with data tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to strengthen investigations and reporting. I’m especially energized by being an SME for fraud detection and quality handling, and by using data-driven insights to maintain platform integrity.
