In my current role at Rebel Energy, I co-founded and lead a cross-functional analytics team of six specialists, successfully completing 94 analytics projects since my promotion. I have implemented agile methodologies that have improved project visibility and team collaboration, while also architecting a comprehensive analytics ticketing system that enhances project scoping accuracy. My technical expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like PowerBI has allowed me to deliver actionable insights that directly contribute to strategic decision-making across various departments.

Previously, as a Lead Data Analyst at CACI Ltd, I utilized advanced SQL scripts and data analysis techniques to help clients identify key trends, resulting in a notable increase in customer retention.
