At Recruit41, I took the AI Resume Screener from idea to production in one week. It screens 1,000+ resumes per batch, scores candidates against recruiter-set criteria, and recommends who to interview.
I also rebuilt Recruit41’s AI interview proctoring engine as an audio-and-video fusion scorer. Across 500 interviews, 86% of verdicts were correct and false positives fell from about 50% to 2–3%.
At Think41, I led a five-engineer team building a contract evaluation system for SpotDraft, raising clause-compliance and deviation-detection accuracy from 65% to 85%. I also put an LLM evaluation framework into production and built Universal AI Coworker for Atomicwork.
Earlier, as a Software Development Intern at Nokia, I developed Django REST APIs and Docker/Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines. My projects include WhisprCatch, an on-device dictation app, Daytrail, a local-first browser extension, and agentconf, a configuration diagnostics tool.
