At RHB Malaysia, I handled payments and festive module payments integration, gathered requirements, and managed stakeholder relationships. I also collaborated with development and engineering teams to oversee product building and worked with 40+ stakeholders during the development of products, resulting in a 22% rise in investments.

As a senior business analyst at Siemens, I contributed to the development and enhancement of the Field Service Mobile App product. I created product plans and backlogs, prioritized product enhancements, and created user stories to support business solution definitions. I also worked on the development of the Field Service and SI-Base Mobile Apps on KONY and Angular Framework, and reviewed project agreements and NDAs. Additionally, I managed product backlogs, conducted daily scrum meetings, and provided induction to new PMs regarding organization processes and agile fundamentals.

As a team leader at WIPRO, I contributed to the development and enhancement of the web-based KONY Application for CHEVRON. I developed the desktop web application using Kony Visualizer 8.0 with Mobile Fabric 7.3.2 and Highcharts. I also coordinated with architects for design, participated in technical workshops and requirements meetings, and tracked the project status on a day-to-day basis.

During my time at IBM, I worked on the development of the SUNTRUST Banking App, a retail banking application for SunTrust bank. I developed native and mobile web applications for various channels and worked on multiple major and minor releases. I also designed dynamic web pages based on the Product Configuration service and performed unit and integration testing of components.
