I strengthen releases by authoring detailed test cases and test scenarios, then managing defects through the complete lifecycle in JIRA/Azure DevOps until retesting reaches closure. I’m hands-on with SOQL-based backend validation using Salesforce tools like Developer Console, Workbench, and Data Loader to verify CRUD operations and record accuracy.

During CRM data migration work, I’ve performed source-to-target mapping (STTM) validation and SQL-based source-to-target reconciliation to confirm data accuracy through extraction, transformation, and loading. I also run data quality checks such as count checks, null checks, duplicate checks, and data consistency validation to protect business rules.

Security and access control are a core part of my QA approach: I test profiles, role hierarchy, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security to ensure the right users see the right data. In Agile/Scrum teams, I collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and release managers to support on-time, high-quality releases.
