I've supported leasing operations at The Links at Manhattan, responding to apartment inquiries, scheduling appointments, setting up leases, entering work orders, and assisting residents by phone and email.

I also trained leasing consultants and bring customer-facing experience from Landmark National Bank, where I processed transactions and resolved account questions. Earlier roles at Manko and Hy-Vee strengthened my hands-on production, customer service, filing, and communication skills.
