What I'm looking for

A fully remote role applying my 18-year background in physical security, access control, personnel clearance management, and investigations, ideally in compliance, trust and safety, or security operations. I bring accurate documentation, sound judgment under pressure, and experience coordinating across international teams and time zones. Ready to start quickly.

I spent 18+ years in Navy operations, most of it as the primary point of contact for security operations across 23 facilities supporting over 1,200 people. Day to day that meant investigating and resolving complex cases, managing personnel and access-control databases, compiling law enforcement records, and keeping documentation accurate enough to survive audit review for nearly two decades without an error. I've briefed everyone from individual staff to senior government officials, which taught me how to adjust tone and detail depending on who's actually listening.

Alongside that, I spent time in Italy teaching English, including exam prep for Cambridge and IELTS certifications, and I'm now an official examiner for Cambridge, IELTS, and Pearson. I'm a native English speaker with a certified B1 in Italian, strong on comprehension, functional in conversation.

Outside of work, I'm a longtime collector of rocks and mineral specimens, I enjoy RPGs, and I'm into martial arts films. I've also been a personal cryptocurrency investor for some time, with broad familiarity across different platforms and exchanges, which is part of why I'm especially interested in remote roles in crypto and fintech, though I'm open to customer support, operations, or compliance-focused roles more broadly.

I'm based in Georgia, comfortable working across U.S. and European hours, and I take ownership of problems rather than passing them along.
