At Arion Care Solutions, I manage accounts payable and receivable, month-end close, documentation, bi-weekly payroll, and reporting for C-suite administration. I also completed transitions to new accounting and HR software systems.
Previously at the Arizona Department of Revenue, I audited transaction privilege and use taxes, researched tax updates, trained auditors and taxpayers, and managed a team of 8–10 staff to meet audit and refund goals. My earlier work in banking, collections, and client relationship management strengthened my ability to resolve account issues, support small businesses, and manage financial records.
