At GLORI & GLORI PRESTIGE, I created and directed a Qualiopi-certified training organization, designing and delivering soft skills programs for individuals, companies, and hotels. I closed the organization voluntarily on August 31, 2026.
As a certified skills assessment consultant, I help people identify and value their skills, talents, and professional goals through individual support. I also design and deliver training on communication, emotions, conflict management, and team cohesion.
At IAE Gustave Eiffel, UPEC, I designed and delivered Master 2 modules on entrepreneurship fundamentals, business plans, and business models. At EachOne, I delivered modules on conflict, emotion and time management, teamwork, integration, and identifying and valuing talents.
My earlier work includes designing Nomyville, an indoor play park project that secured €1 million in bank financing and was a finalist in the Pépite 2019 competition, and creating interactive English workshops for children at Association ABC Val d'Yerres. My 10 years in child protection grounded my approach in supporting children, families, and multidisciplinary teams, using interview techniques, mediation, and professional practice analysis.
