What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people with daily living needs safely and respectfully. I want to work with clear expectations, strong documentation standards, and a team that values reliability and training.

I’m a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver with hands-on experience supporting people with daily living needs, including personal hygiene, meals, and medication. I take pride in keeping care consistent, safe, and well documented.

In my DSP Caregiver role, I assisted with activities of daily living, ran errands, and handled navigating safety transportation. I also maintained daily care documentation to ensure continuity and accountability.

Earlier, I worked as an Assistant Manager at WWRC Community Services, where I managed schedules and handled payroll. I supported both clients and employees by resolving issues and ensuring work shift coverage.

I’ve also trained new hires on company rules and job tasks, and I’m comfortable with operational responsibilities like starting up and shutting down computer systems. I bring reliability, clear communication, and a calm, helpful approach to every shift.
