I’m a forward deployed AI builder with founder-level experience turning ambiguous business problems into working AI systems, product workflows, and customer-ready interfaces. I focus on making AI capabilities usable for real teams through rapid discovery, prototype-to-production thinking, and adoption-friendly UI.

At SmartLine, I built the commercial and technical workflow for AI phone-agent systems that answer missed calls, qualify leads, book appointments, handle FAQs, and route human follow-up. I designed deployment patterns like intake flows, objection handling, escalation logic, lead capture, booking rules, and business-specific knowledge bases, and I translated that into stakeholder-ready demo and sales flows.

At Lead Agents Studio, I developed AI-assisted lead follow-up and conversion systems across email, SMS, call flows, forms, segmentation, and CRM handoff. I structured lead scoring, suppression rules, follow-up cadence, messaging logic, and human review points—and packaged a white-label AI voice agent lane with repeatable deployment positioning.

Earlier, I founded and directed an AI-enabled luxury ecommerce platform (600+ premium labels) and created Olvi Bot to support discovery, virtual try-on guidance, handbag comparisons, and recommendation support. I also built AI Fashion Artists creative production systems with prompt architectures, QA standards, production review workflows, and Claude Code/Codex-assisted prototyping—so teams can move from raw idea to deployable, evaluation-minded creative and AI outputs.
