At Globant S.A., I developed registration, consent, and welcome flows for users of companies acquired by a pharmaceutical client. I built custom CloudPages and forms that stored data in Data Extensions and triggered journeys through API Events.

I also implemented automated onboarding and welcome journeys with Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and created SQL segmentation processes for targeted campaigns. My work supported consent-based communications across email, SMS, and Microsoft Teams.

At NTT DATA S.A., I contributed to migrating campaigns and marketing automation from Oracle Responsys to Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a telecommunications client. I developed personalized emails and configured journeys and automations to preserve the campaigns’ functional behavior.

I prepared audiences with SQL and Automation Studio, working with segments of up to approximately 5 million contacts, and used Salesforce Data Cloud to activate audiences in Marketing Cloud Engagement. I’ve worked with international teams in Agile environments and am continuing to expand my knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
