What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my administrative, governance, and research skills to support accurate data work and community-focused operations, with clear processes, accountability, and opportunities to grow in public policy execution.

I’m a governance-minded administrator with an MSc in International Relations and a strong focus on peace, governance, and public policy. I use advanced research methods—quantitative and qualitative—to turn information into clear, actionable decisions.

In my Administrator roles, I’ve supported day-to-day operations by managing clientele and payee processes, handling ZIMRA TARMS and NSSA updates, and coordinating employee management. I also take ownership of workshop safety and health updates, ensuring activities run smoothly and responsibly.

As an Enumerator, I collected unprocessed data using the CSentry application, synced it to CSWeb, and supported the 2025 Economic Census through business-area identification and mapping for both urban and rural areas. I’m comfortable working with structured collection tools while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

I also bring hands-on public-sector experience and community engagement: volunteering with Forever Associates Zimbabwe Trust included campaigning, election management, voter registration, and voter inspection. Earlier, as an Administrative Intern at the City of Kwekwe Council (Housing and Community Services), I strengthened my record-keeping and administrative discipline through office filing, drafting documents, and managing housing registers and waiting lists.
