I’m a Test Lead focused on tracking down flaws through rigorous manual diagnostic protocols and proactive quality improvement. I design and apply practical, sometimes experimental approaches to eliminate weakness from products by uncovering issues early.

At MPOnline Limited, I planned and managed application testing for multiple projects, creating detailed test cases and executing functional and regression testing. I identified, tracked, and reported defects, coordinated with government clients for requirement clarity, and handled UAT to verify issue resolutions.

I also support release readiness by participating in deployment activities and post-implementation testing, while maintaining project documentation and testing artifacts. I collaborate in review meetings and continuously improve procedures to increase team effectiveness.

To optimize repetitive work, I developed automated test scripts and use tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver with Java, along with API testing using Postman and SOAP. Earlier, I worked as a Project Coordinator for MIS reporting and as an Application Trainer, strengthening my ability to train users and teams while communicating clearly.
