I am a dedicated Scrum Master with over nine years of experience in the Automotive and Telecommunications industries. My journey has been marked by a commitment to fostering Agile methodologies and enhancing team performance. At Volvo Cars, I successfully led three scrum teams, coordinating sprint planning and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables. My leadership in daily stand-ups and retrospectives has significantly improved team engagement and collaboration.

In addition to my role as a Scrum Master, I have a solid background as a System Engineer, where I was responsible for ensuring that teams received the right requirements and utilized the CarWeaver tool effectively. My technical expertise includes proficiency in C++, Python, and various Agile frameworks, which I leverage to guide teams through the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. My passion for continuous improvement drives me to create shared resources for best practices, ultimately enhancing team productivity and project outcomes.
