I am looking for a role that fosters Agile practices and encourages team collaboration.

As a certified SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Master, and Software Engineer, I bring over 5 years of experience leading Agile transformations across Finance, Cloud, and Technology domains. Currently, I support two Agile teams at Mercedes-Benz, where I leverage my extensive experience in SAFe environments and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to drive successful project outcomes. My proven track record includes facilitating Leading SAFe training, coaching leadership and Agile Change Agents, and driving PI Planning and Value Stream alignment.

Throughout my career, I have navigated regulated environments and delivered end-to-end SAFe implementations that align with business objectives. My role at Mercedes-Benz has allowed me to lead Agile practices and ceremonies, engage in ART-level coordination, and contribute to process efficiency within the Agile Release Train. I am passionate about fostering communication and Agile maturity within teams, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our project goals.
