At Systems Limited, I lead delivery of cloud-based Loan Origination Systems across Pakistan, MEA, and MENA. For Oman Housing Bank, I governed the RLOS launch, which processed 1,000+ applications in three months.

I also directed post-launch support for Oman Housing Bank, resolving 120+ tickets with 98% CSI and supporting expansion to 10 branches. The client awarded a Branch Assist Onboarding Project following that support.

Earlier, at MMLOGIX Pvt Ltd, I supervised the design, development, and implementation of loan, collection, remedial, and legal management systems. In banking roles, I managed remedial portfolios and teams, and helped implement a remedial management system for corporate and retail banking.
