At Genpact, I built end-to-end IAM lifecycle automation in SailPoint IIQ, covering provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and access certifications. This reduced manual access requests and fulfilment effort.
I led IAM gap assessments and turned findings into remediation roadmaps aligned with SOX, ITGC, and Zero Trust. I also optimized Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows to improve SLA adherence and reduce orphaned access.
