I’m an Assistant QA Lead with over 9 years of experience in manual testing, specializing in both mobile and web applications. I’ve progressed within a single organization—from QA Engineer to Assistant Lead—designing and executing test cases focused on functionality and accessibility, and supporting quality deliverables in fast-paced Agile environments.

In my current role, I manage testing tasks independently and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test planning and execution, including smoke, regression, end-to-end, and UAT support. I use Testrail to manage test cases and suites and JIRA to track and resolve defects, while mentoring teammates through knowledge transfer and reviewing work to strengthen coverage and clarity; I’ve also reduced production bugs by 40% and earned the “Utyotama Puraskar” (2020) for outstanding QA performance.
