At SIERA.AI, I lead end-to-end QA for AI-based safety, IoT, and video analytics platforms, validating device events, alerts, dashboards, reports, APIs, and backend data workflows.

I've authored and maintained 1,000+ test cases and scenarios in Jira, supported release and UAT validation, and lead junior QA engineers through task allocation, test reviews, defect reviews, and mentoring. I work closely with developers and product managers in Agile ceremonies to define acceptance criteria and deliver reliable releases.

Previously at BYJU'S, I tested iOS and Android learning experiences across iPhone and iPad devices, including free trials, live classrooms, and Byju's Neo classes. I also tested LeadSquared and Orderhive workflows spanning lead conversion, orders, payments, invoices, refunds, reports, and dashboards.

Across 12+ years in software testing, I've built test plans, RTMs, manual test suites, and defect reports while performing functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and backend validation. I bring a practical, collaborative approach to finding critical issues early and helping teams deliver quality products.
