Co-designed and owned the decomposition of a monolithic multi-tenant calculation engine (~46 US state-regulated formulas) into a distributed service, rearchitecting the DynamoDB schema for real-time access patterns — quote generation 2–3 min → 20–30 s, client onboarding 2 months → 2 weeks.

Led integrations, working directly across UK and US time zones with the Head of Engineering, developer advocates, and partner-bank engineers to ship customer-facing integrations.
Built and shipped Yoti’s B2B integrations marketplace on Prismatic iPaaS, still live on Yoti’s platform today — 15+ production-grade integrations with Redis-backed caching for high-traffic endpoints.

Built low-latency live classrooms on Agora RTC for 100+ concurrent students, plus in-call interactive widgets over WebSockets — a collaborative canvas, a Lichess-API chess board, a guitar tuner — without degrading call performance.
Built S3-backed video pipelines, MongoDB/Redis-backed session services, and Python data pipelines to analyze product usage for PMF decisions.
