I’m a Software Engineer/Analyst with 1.7+ years of experience supporting Airbus operations through ServiceNow, SAP, and Sigma Link environments. I specialize in Data Quality, Data Validation, Data Integrity, Root Cause Analysis, KPI Reporting, and Process Improvement.
At Capgemini India, I support SAP and Sigma Link enterprise tools by resolving user issues, coordinating records retrieval, and streamlining engineering information management processes. I manage 20+ weekly ServiceNow and enterprise support tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation tracking, and maintain SLA compliance.
I turn incident and operational data into actionable dashboards and KPI insights—monitoring SLA compliance, resolution performance, escalation trends, and enabling data-driven decision-making. I’m also hands-on with FIN Data Management, Spool Check validation, and Part Number Loading, and I’m pursuing roles as an aspiring Data Steward in Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM), especially in the aviation domain.
