What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level Data Analyst or Data Associate role.

At Capgemini, I supported supply chain software for a GE Aerospace client, meeting SLA targets on more than 60 ServiceNow tickets a day and achieving 95% first-contact resolution with zero escalations.

I monitored application health in New Relic and checked databases in DBeaver to support minimal downtime on P1–P3 incidents. I also traced software bugs to their root causes and documented them for developers.

I managed user access and permissions as Super Admin for AOA, FOA, and KOA, following compliance policies. I maintained a customer satisfaction rating above 98% and documented troubleshooting guides in Confluence.

After completing an MBA in Business Analytics at SRM University, I’m moving into data analytics. I’m seeking an entry-level Data Analyst or Data Associate role and bring working knowledge of Excel, SQL/MySQL, Power BI, and Python.
