I’m a Scientific and Medical AI Training Specialist and Senior Laboratory Technologist with over 10 years of experience supporting human anatomy, laboratory systems, scientific research, and quality assurance. I evaluate scientific procedures, laboratory methodologies, and experimental outcomes to ensure accuracy, completeness, logical consistency, and compliance with established standards.

At USIU-Africa, I review and validate laboratory manuals, protocols, and instructional materials, then implement corrective actions through evidence-based quality assurance practices. I develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational consistency, reproducibility, and quality outcomes, while training and mentoring students and technical staff in data interpretation and scientific reasoning.

My MBA-trained analytical mindset strengthens how I assess complex biomedical information and produce structured feedback for quality improvement. I’m especially well-suited to AI model evaluation and training—prompt assessment, response ranking, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), scientific fact verification, and domain-specific knowledge review—supported by strong technical writing and documentation.
