What I'm looking for

A senior or staff role on a product team building LLM, RAG and agentic systems or the backend platforms behind them. Fully remote, open to async work and overlap with EU, US or APAC hours. Python or Java, production ownership end to end, and room to lead design.

I build production LLM and backend systems: RAG and agentic applications (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith evals), LLM fine-tuning and distillation, and high-throughput distributed services in Python and Java on Kafka and Kubernetes (AWS, GCP).

As a founding engineer at Stride Green Capital (NEXXGRO) I lead a team of 5+ engineers and architected the core platform from scratch (p99 under 300 ms, 99.9% uptime). I built an LLM/RAG document-intelligence service processing 10K+ documents a month at 90%+ extraction accuracy, and an LLM evaluation pipeline that tests every prompt and model change before it ships. Before that I built UPI Autopay and Account Aggregator systems at MobiKwik serving 1M+ users.

Independent work: Cortex, a hybrid LLM architecture (linear attention + SSM + MoE) built from scratch in PyTorch with distillation and GRPO, and Crucible, a 12-agent AI system for materials discovery.
