At NIT Calicut, I built a patient-isolated machine-learning pipeline to predict HER2, ER and PR biomarkers from MRI, radiomic and clinical data. I used patient-level data splitting and evaluated XGBoost, Random Forest and SVM approaches.
On an academic project, I developed a deep-learning pipeline for liver cancer identification using medical imaging data. I worked on image preprocessing, visualization and segmentation with 3D Slicer and ITK-SNAP.
At The Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd. (KMML), I gained exposure to titanium extraction and pigment manufacturing processes, including production planning and quality control. I also observed process optimization and operational procedures.
As a Part-Time Associate at Pizza Hut, I resolved customer concerns, managed concurrent operational tasks and supported inventory management. With Team Unwired, NIT Calicut, I coordinated brake-system design and fabrication activities for a formula-style vehicle.
