Led discovery for a KYB compliance overhaul across 3 initiatives, producing formal requirements docs and translating regulatory needs into product specs via 8+ stakeholder/customer interviews. Built an Amplitude funnel to identify top complaint-flow drop-offs, improved stakeholder satisfaction to 4.2/5 across 30+ participants, and delivered Figma prototypes (auto-layout, components, design tokens)

Contributed to discovery for Alfred by synthesizing 10 customer and 8 internal stakeholder interviews into actionable pain points that informed Germany roadmap decisions. Owned GDPR-compliant research operations for 18+ concurrent studies across Germany, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, including participant recruitment and an end-to-end on-site research event.

Managed the end-to-end lifecycle for a modular CRM/ERP platform, expanding ownership from a single module to the full ERP across sales, purchases, warehouse, creditors, debtors, and accounting. Ran sprint planning and backlog management with a team of 4 developers and delivered client adaptations for Kimby Kita, mapping user/developer flows to drive architectural decisions.

Provided psychological support and developed psychoeducational interventions, building hands-on clinical experience at the intersection of human behavior and structured therapeutic design. Applied human-centered approaches to support clients and improve intervention structure.

Developed 500+ accessible learning modules for 13,000+ students, improving learning flow and platform accessibility for students with disabilities. Built scalable content designed for usability and accessibility within an EdTech platform.
