I've delivered end-to-end analytics projects spanning e-commerce retention, sales BI, and content recommendation using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.

In an OList e-commerce analysis, I joined 99K+ orders across eight tables, identified late-delivery rates up to 23.9%, and flagged 14.76% of customers as Lost High-Value retention targets. I also showed that late first delivery reduced repeat purchases by about 21% and presented findings in a five-panel Tableau dashboard.

I've also analyzed 9,994 sales records and $2.26M in revenue through interactive Power BI dashboards, and explored 8,800+ Netflix titles with Python to uncover content trends and build an explainable recommendation score.
