I built Mexico Industrial Real Estate, a nearshoring marketplace and industrial property SaaS platform covering property discovery, broker connections, listings, and lead capture.
I also built CIMDS, a healthcare association portal with a practitioner directory, membership management, events, and news publishing. Its administrative workflows support directory updates, member access, and institutional messaging.
My current projects include a cross-platform customer engagement app and ProposalForgeAI, an AI-powered platform for proposal and document automation. I work with stacks including Flutter, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Docker.
