I’m an AI Automation Specialist with 10+ years of business operations experience and hands-on expertise in n8n, Make.com, Claude AI, and GoHighLevel (GHL). I build production-ready automation workflows that eliminate manual work, streamline CRM pipelines, and integrate AI for real-time business execution. I’m known for owning end-to-end automation projects independently, especially in remote environments.

As an Independent Consultant (Jan 2026–Present), I built and deployed 5 production-ready AI applications on Netlify, including chatbots, dashboards, and landing pages. I design multi-step n8n workflows with webhook integrations to remove 10–20 hours of manual work per week, automate lead capture and CRM updates with Make.com, and connect Google Sheets as a live database for chatbot lead capture, fee tracking, and booking flows. I also integrate the Claude AI API to generate real-time customer chat responses, and I document systems and SOPs while proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies.

Before automation, I led operations and service delivery as a Service Head—Maruti Authorized Workshop (2022–2024) with structured SOPs for scheduling and team performance, and as a Hospital Administrator (2018–2020) managing patient coordination, staff management, billing, and admin workflows. That operational foundation shapes how I approach automation: process-first, KPI-aware, and built to run reliably.
