What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic procurement and supply chain initiatives where I can improve sourcing, supplier performance, inventory efficiency, and business continuity through data-driven processes.

I've managed local and international procurement portfolios of up to PKR 7 billion at Midas Safety, Schneider Solution Services, IMS Electric, Thal Engineering, and Schneider Electric Pakistan. My work spans import operations, LC processing, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, and material availability for production and project delivery.

I've delivered PKR 300 million through a Smart Procurement initiative and PKR 100 million through slow-moving inventory utilization, while maintaining supplier performance above the 95% regional target for two consecutive years. I use SAP, Odoo, Wavetech, SAP Ariba, and advanced Excel to improve sourcing, reporting, supplier performance, and procure-to-pay processes.
