What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead accounting and finance, own budgets, forecasting, and KPI dashboards, strengthen internal controls/SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to improve cash flow, compliance, and operational efficiency.

I’m a Manager of Accounting and Finance who leads full-cycle accounting and finance as the sole department representative, owning everything from AP/AR and general ledger to cash flow, audits, budgets, and forecasting.

I partner with department heads to build annual budgets and deliver monthly variance analysis and actionable financial insights. I also lead revenue planning and capacity-aware forecasting, align CapEx/FF&E projects to contract terms, and develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards for executive leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve improved financial and operational processes through ERP/accounting system administration and optimization, implemented companywide internal controls and SOPs, and supported SEC reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness—backed by strong results like reducing AR aging to <30 days.
