I'm building operational visibility for M-Pesa Africa at Prodapt, monitoring technology platforms with Dynatrace, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and Digital View. I escalate issues to the relevant teams to help minimize downtime.
I create weekly Power BI reports on incidents, service requests, and system changes, and use Excel to clean, structure, and analyse operational data before reporting.
Previously at Ecobank Kenya, I analysed operational performance data, queried databases with SQL, and built Power BI dashboards for success rates, failure rates, and transactions per second. I also collaborated with the RPA team on process automation using Blue Prism.
My projects include an Incident Intelligence Dashboard and Prediction System using Python, SQL, Power BI, and Scikit-learn, plus email automation and full-stack task management applications. I hold a Computer Science degree and the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.
