I’m a Veterinary Emergency/ICU Technician with a proven track record of consistently maintaining the highest level of patient care while communicating treatment plans clearly to clients. In fast-paced emergency settings, I respond to and prioritize incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, assess and triage high-volume cases, and help establish effective emergency care workflows.

My ICU experience includes successfully performing radiographs and ultrasounds and supporting critical treatment through plasma and blood transfusions. I’m also skilled in lifesaving procedures such as CPR, placing IV catheters, intubation, and administering controlled medications while calculating proper dosage. I collaborate closely with team leads to build structured training and critical-case coordination, and earlier client-service experience has strengthened my ability to communicate preventive care, coordinate policies and procedures, and retain client trust.
