My experience spans across federal, state, and local regulations, allowing me to effectively support businesses in achieving compliance and operational success.

At Decisions Consulting, LLC, I lead a team of 30 individuals, successfully managing a $5 million operating budget and overseeing the timely submission of licensing applications across 40 states. My role involves extensive research and collaboration with vendors to ensure all regulatory requirements are met, which has resulted in the onboarding of numerous clients and enhanced operational efficiency.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Law from Spelman College, I possess a solid foundation in legal research and document drafting. My previous experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal and Quality Control Deputy has further honed my skills in managing complex processes and ensuring quality outcomes.
