What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can simplify complex enterprise or fintech workflows into accessible, scalable UX—partnering deeply with product and engineering, building design systems, mentoring designers, and improving outcomes through research and iteration.

I lead experience design initiatives across fintech, operational, and enterprise platforms, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences. I work end-to-end across service mapping, interaction design, prototyping, and implementation, using research, systems thinking, and iterative design to improve product outcomes.

I’ve owned design initiatives across customer and operational journeys, created journey maps, wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes, and collaborated closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. I also build reusable design systems and mentor designers—using behavioural insights, usability evaluations, and accessibility principles to continuously raise quality and consistency.
