Developed and wrote new Risk and DEI amendments and positions to ensure internal conflict resolution. Created and implemented new strategies to improve retention and participation rates.

Partnered with the Chief Policy Officer to develop internal policies and craft comprehensive, well-researched policy briefs. Authored the ALLY Operational Menu, ensuring adherence to policies across all organizational levels.
