I’m looking for a Workforce Planning role where I can use labour forecasting, workforce administration, and stakeholder communication to improve operational efficiency in an aviation environment.

I’m a Workforce Planning Analyst with extensive aviation operations experience, supporting workforce planning, operational coordination, and customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an initiative-driven approach and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.

In my recent roles at ABM Aviation, I’ve worked in workforce planning and business support, building credibility through stakeholder communication, operational administration, labour forecasting, and operational efficiency.
