I’m a Front office agent/ supervisor who delivers smooth guest experiences through managed guest check in and check out, a professional waiting area, and daily shift reports. I coordinated with housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff to keep every stay running smoothly.

I’m proud to have earned Woodbury employee of the year, and I’ve supervised a front desk team by providing schedules and training new agents. I also supported performance through revenue tracking and reliable shift documentation.

In healthcare, I work as a Dental Hygiene Assistant, assisting dental hygienists and dentist during patient procedures while maintaining infection control. I prepare and sterilize instruments, take X-rays, provide prophylaxis polishing and flossing, and document patient information with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
