At Wipro, I adjudicate complex and high-value US healthcare claims based on policy coverage, eligibility, and supporting documentation. I also conduct quality audits to improve accuracy and reduce processing errors.
In my current Senior Associate role, I train new hires on claims processing, fraud detection, and quality benchmarks, and work on process improvements and SOP standardization. I use JIRA to track adjudication issues and prepare claims and inventory reports.
Earlier, I processed claims at Wipro, performing benefits calculations and financial analysis for settlements. Before that, at RS Associates, I developed and modified architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
