At SPHINX WORLDBIZ LIMITED, deputed to Hero MotoCorp Ltd (R&D), I work on new-concept product design and development in the Vehicle Engineering Department. My work includes VAVE activities focused on part weight, quality, cost, and functionality.

I contribute to product lifecycle activities from initial concept design through maturity and release for mass production. I also review design and development work, support the team and suppliers, and take part in DFM feasibility discussions and vehicle benchmarking.

On Hero MotoCorp scooter models including Maestro edge, Destini, and XOOM, I worked on updates for BS-VI and EURO-VI regulations. I contributed to converting a metallic front structure to plastic through a VAVE idea, reducing weight by approximately 500 gm.

At STIMULATE FX, deputed to JBM Ltd (R&D), I developed bus body sub-assemblies, including side walls, roofs, and floor structures, and supported weld sequence planning and chassis integration. My design and engineering tools include CATIA V5 R21, AutoCAD, and TeamCenter.
