I am a resourceful and innovative Test Engineer with 13.6+ years of experience in Software testing. My expertise includes Manual testing, SFDC testing (Salesforce.com CRM), Database testing, Web & Mobile Application Testing, and API Testing using Postman. I am skilled in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java. I have also gained knowledge of AI tools for prompt-based research to simplify day-to-day tasks.

Throughout my career, I have managed teams of 15+ members and have successfully led quality activities for complex projects and processes. I have a strong background in Functional Testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, Test case writing, Test execution, and Bug reporting. I have experience in Configuration and Customization, Requirements/Business Analysis, Implementation, and Support of customized Salesforce applications.

I have worked on various web-based applications, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and websites built on different platforms like Java, Salesforce, Dot.Net, Laravel, WordPress, C, C++, Mainframes, and Linux. I have primarily worked in the domains of Banking and Financial Services, Insurance Services, and Salesforce CRM, but I am open to any kind of domain for a robust learning experience.
