I've delivered digital platforms, software implementations, systems integrations, and transformation programmes for Showmax, MultiChoice, Absa Bank, CommerceZone, Computershare, and Old Mutual.

At Showmax, I lead digital platform enhancements and third-party integrations with telecommunications, banking, and payment providers, including MTN, Vodacom, Capitec, Moment, MoMo, and Vodapay. I coordinate product, development, QA, operations, commercial, and vendor teams through delivery, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

During my MultiChoice career, I delivered the DStv Streama launch, DTH and DTT Zapper rollouts, decoder feature releases, and product roadmaps for DTT and Explora platforms. I use Agile delivery practices and tools including JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Airtable to improve visibility, governance, defect tracking, and release readiness.

I bridge business objectives and technical execution, managing scope, dependencies, risks, stakeholder expectations, and continuous improvement across complex, customer-facing environments. My focus is practical delivery that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.
