At ITUX Services, I developed Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows to digitize internal processes, automate approvals, and move data across SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server. I also built Power BI dashboards and optimized SQL queries for reporting.

In my projects, I built an AI-powered support email monitoring system with sentiment analysis and performance dashboards, and a bulk data processing app that handled 100,000+ records. I also created an AI-assisted SOW generation workflow and a GitHub Actions and PAC CLI pipeline for deploying managed solutions across customer environments.
