I’m a workflow automation and enterprise application developer with 3.5+ years of experience across both Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow.
On the Power Platform side, I have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Power Fx, REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Microsoft Graph, security roles, ALM, UAT, deployment, and production support. I’ve built solutions for approvals, asset operations, inventory management, onboarding, expense management, customer/vendor registration, ITSM automation, and other business processes.
On the ServiceNow side, I have experience with ITSM workflows, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, REST APIs, CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and workflow automation. I’ve worked on incident/request processes, task automation, approvals, service operations, CMDB/Discovery use cases, and API-driven integrations.
I also have experience with AI-assisted automation using AI Builder and basic Copilot Studio implementation, including an internal HR FAQ agent.
I’m Microsoft PL-200 certified and have experience leading a team of three developers, working directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements, supporting UAT, troubleshooting production issues, delivering demos, and creating technical documentation.
