At Infosys Limited, I developed and maintained Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for Alstom's Life in Site platform. I automated user onboarding and offboarding using Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
I also built workflows for bulk Excel imports, Teams memberships, and booking archival, with validation and exception handling across Dataverse and SharePoint. I participated in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
On other Infosys Limited projects, I developed Canvas Apps for service ticketing, pricing, inventory, and expense claims, with SharePoint lists and Power Automate approval workflows. I also created Power BI reports for expense analytics and hold PL-900, PL-100, and PL-200 certifications.
