At Tech Mahindra, I design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, automate business processes, and build Power BI reports. I also manage Dataverse data models and support Power Platform deployments across development, testing, and production.
I built a Copilot Studio IT Service Desk solution that handled employee requests conversationally and deflected approximately 30–35% of tickets from live agents. It connected a Model-Driven App, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Power BI.
For an Employee Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure Management solution, I developed a Canvas App and workflows for submissions, reviews, reminders, and escalations. I also integrated Azure OpenAI to summarize employee declarations and created a Copilot Studio agent for policy questions.
I also built a mobile audit and compliance inspection app, with Dataverse audit templates, offline-capable data collection, and AI Builder evidence classification. Power BI dashboards tracked branch scores, repeat findings, open actions, and compliance trends.
