I’m looking for a role where I can combine administrative support, data entry, and customer service—owning accurate records, supporting daily operations, and improving workflow efficiency with professionalism and attention to detail.

I’m an administrative and operations professional with 6+ years of experience in financial administrative, operational coordination, and customer service support. I’m known for managing high-volume documentation, coordinating multi-department workflows, and keeping financial and operational records accurate in fast-paced environments.

Most recently, as a Finance Administrative Officer at PT PNM (Permodalan Nasional Madani), I process and maintain 50+ financial transactions and records weekly, prepare monthly financial reports and payment tracking records, and organize 100+ compliance and financial documents for audit readiness. I also monitor loan disbursement and repayment records across multiple client accounts.

Before that, I led daily clinic operations as an Operational Manager, serving 80–150 patients per day while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
